This dish is perfect for vegetarians and curry lovers. Palak Paneer is a delicious way to add greens to your meals while enjoying the warmth of authentic Indian spices.

Add 8 ounces curry starter to a sauté pan and add tikka masala, keema masala and garam masala powders. Stir until fragrant.

Add one can 14 oz diced tomatoes and simmer until the oil separates

Add one cup water and simmer until the oil separates

Turn off the heat and cool slightly

Pulse blend some or all of the curry in a blender.

Add 1/4 cup heavy cream (tempering the heavy cream if needed) and pulse one to two times to combine.

Return curry to the saucepan and simmer low. Add 10 to 16 ounces of fresh chopped spinach and 16 ounces of. paneer (cooked or uncooked.) . Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice, with non-bread or with my favorite paratha bread
