Keema Curry can be made in 20 minutes by simply combining Curry Starter with some Keema Curry Spice Mix in a hot skillet, then add your ground meat and fold it into the curry base as it cooks. Add a little tomato paste and some peas and a little water, simmer and your done.

Keema Masala Spice Blend

Keema Masala Spice Blend is used typically in Indian cooking and includes warm spices such as garam masala, cumin, coriander, and chili powder to create a robust flavor profile. Our Keema Masala Spice has a little heat to it but not so much that it becomes too spicy.  Heat level is 2 1/2  stars out of 5.  Keema Masala Spice  is typically used with ground or minced meat usually lamb, beef, mutton or chicken that simmers in a tomato base. If you want more heat you can add it easily.

A variety of spices  and herbs are used in Keema and can vary based on personal preference and regional variations.  Usha’s Kitchen Keema Curry Spice Blend is versatile in its uses as you can use it with ground meat, on chicken breast, ribs, and in stews and soups.
