Keema refers to ground or minced meat usually lamb, beef, mutton or chicken and originates from India. A variety of spices and herbs are used in Keema and can vary based on personal preference and regional variations. Usha’s Kitchen Keema Curry Spice Blend is versatile in its uses as you can use it with ground meat, on chicken breast, ribs, and in stews and soups.
Keema can be made by simply adding Curry Starter with some Keema Curry Spice Mix , add your ground meat and fold it into the curry base as it cooks. Add a little tomato paste and some peas and a little water, simmer and your done.
