Paneer Tikka

Paneer Tikka

USHA MARTIN
Paneer Tikka is a quick and easy recipe made in just 20 minutes. I make this as a quick snack. If you want vegetables you can repeat this recipe using bell peppers and onions and then combine the two. Skewer them and put them on the grill or broil them in the oven.

Notes

Repeat this recipe using 1 bell pepper and 1 small red onion if you want vegetables with your paneer.
Alternatively you can skewer these paneer  and the vegetables after you soak the paneer, and sprinkle them with Tikka Masala Powder. Don’t forget to soak your wooden skewers so they don’t burn. Spray or drizzle a little olive oil on them and grill for 6 minutes turning frequently.
These skewers can be baked as well in an oven on hi broil for 6-8 minutes turning mid way.
