Note
Repeat this recipe using 1 bell pepper and 1 small red onion if you want vegetables with your paneer.
Alternatively you can skewer these paneer and the vegetables after you soak the paneer, and sprinkle them with Tikka Masala Powder. Don't forget to soak your wooden skewers so they don't burn. Spray or drizzle a little olive oil on them and grill for 6 minutes turning frequently.
These skewers can be baked as well in an oven on hi broil for 6-8 minutes turning mid way.
