  • 3 cups corn bread mix

  • 3 C medium cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 onion (chopped fine)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 Tbs butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 oz pickled jalapeños (chopped fine)
